Crown Raising

Crown raising involves the removal of the lower branches of the tree to lift the height of the crown. This is a very effective procedure as it opens up the lower part of the tree to allow more light to filter beneath it, which could be the solution if your tree is causing other plants and shrubs in your garden to not get enough sunlight.
